"Yokkaichi Dairy Farming" (Yotsuraku) began as an association made up of dairy farmers around the foot of Mt. Suzuka in Mie Prefecture. In 1987, we built a milk processing factory to make the best use of high-quality raw milk, and later built a yogurt factory and acquired HACCP certification.
In 2000, we standardized the feed for dairy cattle to non-genetically modified (non-GMO) feed and started in-house production. In 2005, the cooperative's dairy division was spun off into a separate company, and in 2009, the entire factory acquired ISO 22000 certification.
Currently, using raw milk from limited dairy farms that use 100% non-GMO feed, we manufacture various dairy products, including carefully selected pasteurized milk. In the future, we will continue to conduct integrated production from dairy farms to factories, aiming to be a company that considers the natural environment more for "sustainable dairy farming" as well as making "more delicious" and "safer" products.
